23rd EMS on the Border Conference a Success

Suzanne signs Certificates for CMS training

Suzanne David, SEAHEC Assistant Director and organizer of our annual EMS Conference signs CME certificates.

In January, SEAHEC’s 23rd EMS On the Border conference was another resounding success for SEAHEC. The conference drew 218 participants: 153 Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel and 65 Registered Nurses (RN) from 73 southern Arizona health agencies. Participants came to learn the latest developments in prehospital care strategies. SEAHEC’s Emergency Medical Services conference provides opportunities to prehospital personnel and emergency department nurses.   Our conferences are tailored to help prehospital care providers address emergency situations unique to our geographic area.
